| Greg Pilling has always been fascinated with furniture. So, after
obtaining his MBA in 1995 from the University of Utah, Greg began
researching the furniture industry focusing on design, materials,
craftsmanship and finish. He painstakingly designed his own line and
then contracted with furniture engineers to construct and build
prototypes and production designs.
Once satisfied with the quality of the finished product, Greg looked
for ways to make his high-end furniture affordable. He took his
production designs overseas where he initiated manufacturing protocols,
training programs and quality control standards to ensure the furniture
was manufactured to the highest possible standards while keeping costs
at a minimum.
In 1999, Greg founded Pilling Furniture, emerging on the scene with a
timeless collection of furniture accessible to everyone, even those on
a budget. Needless to say, homeowners have embraced Pilling Furniture,
allowing the company to expand with new lines and products. Today,
Pilling Furniture utilizes over 30 distributors across the United
States and Canada to bring customers elegant furniture at comfortable
